This is an excellent opportunity for a strong service leadership professional with a background in plant engineering, heavy equipment, construction machinery or powered access to lead a busy aftersales operation focused on service delivery, profitability, customer support and team performance. The Role • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Biggleswade aftersales depot • Manage field service engineers and aftersales support teams • Drive labour utilisation, WIP control and workshop efficiency • Ensure jobs progress through to invoicing within target timeframes • Provide high-level technical support to engineers and customers • Oversee warranty claims, parts returns and aftersales administration • Drive revenue across service, repairs and parts sales • Review P&L performance and identify areas for improvement • Support accurate quotations and commercial opportunities • Conduct appraisals, performance reviews and team development • Lead toolbox talks, training and health & safety compliance • Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues The Candidate • Plant Engineering NV...
