Overview
Sytner Shrewsbury is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team. As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner. Sytner Sales Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties.
* Coordinate with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and management team as required.
* Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
* Work with a flexible pattern that may include weekends to maintain high levels of service.
About You / Qualifications
* Sales Administrator experience is a minimum requirement for this role.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous; proficient IT skills are expected.
* No specific industry experience is required.
* Reliable, highly organized, with great attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
