360 Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales (US Market)

📍 Hybrid – Shoreditch, London (3 days in office / 2 from home)

💰 Competitive package + Uncapped OTE

Are you a proven SaaS seller who wants more ownership, autonomy, and the chance to make a real mark in a huge market? Our client, a multi award-winning event tech platform, is hiring a 360 Business Development Manager to drive growth across New York City — selling SaaS products that help venues win more bookings and make smarter decisions. You’ll own a full sales cycle, make regular trips to New York, and help scale an award-winning product into the US market.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys new business, thrives in a high-trust environment, and wants to sell a genuinely strong product with great marketing support, a collaborative team, and an inspiring, low-ego culture.

This role will:

* Own the full sales cycle — from outreach, prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Travel to New York City 4–6 times per year for client meetings, pitches, events, and to close deals in person (fully expensed).
* Sell high-impact AI-powered SaaS products into hotels, rooftop bars & restaurants, event spaces, and unique NYC properties, designed to help them generate demand, improve conversion, and make smarter commercial decisions.
* Build and manage a healthy pipeline while collaborating with Product & Marketing to sharpen positioning.

This role needs:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a SaaS or B2B closing role, focused on new business.
* Experience of the full sales cycle from outbound sales including cold calling and objection handling; through to product demos, negotiation and close.
* A charismatic, confident communicator who can build trust quickly with New Yorkers.
* A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Someone comfortable working at pace, adapting quickly, and contributing positively to a collaborative team.
* Bonus: Experience selling into US markets, (not essential).

This role offers:

* £45k–£50k base salary depending on experience + £15-£25k OTE (Uncapped)
* Travel to New York: Regular fully expensed trips to NYC (4–6x/year).
* Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
* Adjusted working hours: EST overlap hours: 10am - 7pm Mon - Thurs & 10am - 5pm Friday.
* Enhanced benefits: 28 days’ holiday + public holidays, regular training sessions with guest speakers, free volunteering days, and wellness perks.
* Vibrant team culture: Breakfasts, team socials and events, pizza Thursdays, and a collaborative, buzzing Shoreditch office.

If you’re looking for a role where you can own your number, travel internationally, sell a great product, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team, this could be a very exciting next step.
