Sales Consultant

Reports to: Head of Sales
Circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
Permanent
Location: Hybrid, UK Remote-first, with occasional requirement to attend Head Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire
Full time

As a PASS Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and guiding prospects through their buying journey. You will proactively generate and manage outbound leads—including cold calling through our existing prospect base—support inbound enquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional sales process from initial engagement to close.
Beyond direct sales, you'll contribute to wider revenue-driving activities such as marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Revenue, Account Management, and Product teams to maximise success and continuously improve our go-to-market efforts.

Lead management and sales delivery
Support the Sales Support Executive by engaging promptly with inbound enquiries to qualify and advance leads efficiently.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, applying effective sales techniques to maximise win rates and deal value.
Leverage internal expertise and resources to enhance sales success.
Outbound sales and campaigns
Work with marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Take ownership of individual sales campaigns within assigned segments.
Work closely with Revenue, Account Management and Product teams to align efforts and support business growth.
Contribute sales insights to enhance product development and market strategy.
Performance tracking and continuous improvement
Prepare regular sales reports and performance insights for the Head of Sales.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and refine strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
Team contribution & professional growth
Actively participate in Revenue team projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in CRM and reporting systems
Develop and deliver 90 day plans to support your career development.

1-2 years of success in internal sales or business development.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM systems.


Experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive sales.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
