The Role
Sales Development Representative – pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast‑growing, high‑performing sales team at ORRJO.
Responsibilities
* Book meetings with Account Executives from cold & warm outreach
* Qualify new leads generated by outbound and inbound prospecting
* Create and maintain email sequences and LinkedIn messages using automation software (HubSpot, Salesforce & other sales enablement platforms) to book calls & meetings
* Find and collate opportunity detail, including firmographic information, key stakeholders, company initiatives, etc.
* Complete the ORRJO Sales Training to learn our software and all skills necessary for success, enabling you to make an impact with our clients quickly
* Participate in regular 1:1s with your manager, understand your 30‑60‑90 plan, and shadow current team members
* Carry out cold call and outbound outreach
* Have a strong understanding of ORRJO’s clients and confidently pitch our solutions to prospects from self‑sourced efforts
* Continue your education to maintain a competitive advantage and strengthen business acumen
* Consistently achieve activity goals
* Become an expert on internal tools and processes
* Consistently meet or exceed targets/quotas
