Main duties of the job
You will act as a first point of contact for services users to ensure that they are ableto access appropriate services and treatment efficiently and promptly, working as part of a service team and working in close partnership with other health care professionals, partner agencies, service commissioners and internal clinical/mental health teams.Key duties will include: Supporting the day to day operation of services through the delivery of appropriate evidence based interventions Assisting in the delivery of an integrated service through the provision of assessment, recovery planning, appropriate referral, support, care coordination and interventions Assessing service users, carrying out triage and comprehensive assessment as required and making appropriate onward referrals to specialist agencies Assessing and managing risk, ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for all Supporting with the arranging of appointments, coordination of referrals and telephone answering to provide an efficient information service to service users Providing an effective and accurate data entry service for the service including the production of basic statistical reportsThis role will encompass 22.5 hours in total made up of 7.5 hours on Mondays at Kennedy House in Leigh and 7.5 hours on Tuesdays and Fridays at our Coops Business Centre site in Wigan.As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,000 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary ba
