Senior Finance Business Partner - Major Capital Programmes

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to support major capital and infrastructure programmes within a highly regulated environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to partner with senior leadership, programme directors and commercial teams on complex, high-value investment programmes that play a critical role in long-term national infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders and programme leadership teams
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
* Provide financial insight, analysis and decision support
* Review and challenge business cases and investment proposals
* Work closely with Project Controls and Commercial teams
* Support financial governance across major programmes
Qualifications
* Senior Finance Business Partnering experience
* Large-scale capital programme or infrastructure project experience
* Budgeting and forecasting ownership
* Business case review and validationExperience working with Project Controls teams
* Defence, nuclear, energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors
* Assets Under Construction (AUC) exposure
* Major project or programme finance environments
