About The Role
Join HomeServe as a Drainage Engineer and play a vital role in keeping our customers' homes running smoothly.
• Location: Stoke
• Salary: £33,220 - £37,810 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
• Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
What you'll be doing
As a Drainage Engineer, you'll be working in customer's homes diagnosing and resolving drainage issues.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Clearing blockages using high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) equipment
• Investigating drainage problems and identifying root causes
• Carrying out repairs to domestic drainage systems
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care
This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.
