The Role
Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive hands-on training from experienced senior mentors and become an expert within the education recruitment sector.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates using multiple recruitment tools
* Writing and advertising job vacancies
* Headhunting high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, CV databases and job boards
* Conducting candidate interviews and registration meetings
* Building strong relationships with schools and hiring managers
* Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement
* Generating leads and winning new business opportunities
* Using CRM systems to manage candidates and client activity
* Achieving weekly and monthly targets
* Building your own market presence and personal brand
