We're opening a brand-new Italian restaurant in Barrhead and are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us. This is an exciting opportunity to help build something special from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
* Recruit, train, and manage staff.
* Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience.
* Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets.
* Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
* Handle scheduling, and cost control.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a restaurant manager (Italian cuisine experience is a plus).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to motivate a team and deliver high service standards.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
