We are looking for Care Assistants to join our established team providing on-site support within an extra care setting at Aspen Gardens, Stockton-on-Tees. Extra Care Assistant – Maternity Cover. Based in Stockton-on-Tees. Pay: £12.71 per hour. Shift patterns: 7am – 3pm, 2pm – 10pm, 2-weekly rota, alternate weekends*. Occasional night shifts may be available.

Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting medication and meal preparation
* Helping with light domestic tasks
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
* A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
