An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-focused Commercial Contracts Manager to join a dynamic, people-centred organisation. This key role will oversee the management, negotiation, and compliance of commercial contracts across both public and private sector clients.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring all terms, conditions, and service obligations are accurate, current, and commercially sound. You’ll maintain a contracts register, manage renewals, and work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for public sector tenders and private sector agreements.
* Maintain and proactively manage the contracts register, ensuring timely renewals.
* Monitor contract compliance, including service levels, KPIs, and reporting obligations.
* Support procurement by reviewing supplier terms and advising on risks.
* Provide contract guidance and training to operational and finance teams.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
About You:
* Experience in a commercial contracts management role.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident negotiator with clear, concise communication skills.
* Proactive, commercially aware, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
