Job Description
The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of finance. This unique opportunity delivers tangible performance for the UK’s biggest multi‑brand retailer through exposure to key departments within the finance function. You’ll undertake a cutting‑edge training course to fully prepare you for a career in finance and work towards a fully accredited ACA qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Year 1 – Gain hands‑on experience by working closely with multiple departments and companies across the group to obtain and analyse financial data. Rotate through the finance department to gain exposure to all functions, including: Purchase Ledger, Treasury/Cash, Management accounts, Group accounts and, where applicable, work closely with auditors, stakeholders and senior management.
* Year 2 – Secure a fixed role in a department, taking on more responsibility with regular deadlines and tasks, applying knowledge from Year 1 to streamline processes and progress through the second tier of professional examinations.
* Year 3 – Apply your growing experience in a fully chartered accountant‑ready role, offering training to newer team members and engaging in more technical accounting tasks while completing the final tier of exams.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2:1 degree.
* Finance/Business/Economics background is not essential.
* Valid right to work in the UK.

4. On‑site assessment centre at Shirebrook HQ (March 2026).
5. Offer issued in April 2026.
6. Programme starts September 2026 with an immersive orientation week.
