Lead Teacher Location: Nottingham Contract: Full-time, permanent (37 hours per week) Salary: £32,000-£40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) The Lead Teacher plays a key role in delivering effective educational leadership alongside high-quality classroom practice within a positive and ambitious college setting. This position supports young people aged 14–19, many of whom have complex needs and may display challenging behaviours. The role is focused on maintaining excellent standards in teaching, behaviour support, curriculum implementation, staff development, and learner achievement to ensure consistently strong provision. The post includes teaching for two days each week, with the remainder of the time allocated to leadership and management duties.
