Director, Applied Technology & People Analytics- HR & Talent Advisory, LHH

TheHR&TalentAdvisoryPracticeatLHHisanewlylaunchedstrategicconsultingarm focused on Leadership Talent & Culture, Organizational Transformation & Change and Workforce Strategy & Skills. Itserves as a strategic differentiator for LHH, elevating the brand and deepening client relationships through high-touch, bespoke advisory services.

The Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics is a seniorleaderresponsible for establishing and advancing LHH’s applied technology & people capabilities, including AI to support the HR & Talent Advisory business. This role combines people and data science expertise with strategic technology enablement to identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation analytic tools,platforms,andAIsolutions.

KeyAccountabilities

StrategicTechnology&People Analytics

5. Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy and roadmap for the HR & Talent Advisory business, including analytic tools, platforms, and AI tools.
6. Define and evolve Advisory technology and data strategy to ensure a modern, scalable, and impactful approach to tech and analytics.
7. Work with Technology / IT to establishandoverseethebuildanddeploymentofAIagentstoenhanceclientdelivery,internalproductivity,andadvisoryeffectiveness.
8. Identifyandassess emergingtechnologies andtools inAI,machinelearning, natural language processing, anddata visualization to informstrategic investment decisions.
9. Partner withcross-functionalteamstointegratepeople analytics and datasciencesolutionsinto existing and new HR advisory offerings.

DataScience&People Analytics

10. Developframeworks for dataacquisition, governance, andintegrationacross consulting practices including dashboards and reporting.
11. Leveragedatasciencemethods,includingpredictiveanalytics,NLP,and

generativeAI,todeliver insightsthatsupportclientoutcomesandbusiness decisions.

12. Ensureethical andresponsibledata practicesthroughtransparentmodeldesignanddataoversight.
13. Ensure the integrity, validity, reliability, accuracy, and compliance of all people data and reporting.
14. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
15. Lead automation and process improvements to streamline analytics and reporting.

Innovation&Collaboration

16. Collaborate withPractice Leads, Product, andMarketingtoensure applied technologyinitiativesalignwithorganizationalgoals.
17. Facilitate partnerships withinbusiness lines, technology providers,andresearchbodiestoadvanceinnovation.
18. TranslatecomplexdataandAIinsightsintoactionablebusinessstrategiesand

compellingnarrativesforclients.

InternalEnablement&KnowledgeManagement

19. Partner with Technology / IT teams to ensure best practice design, adoption and compliance.
20. Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI into human capital and workforce design and implementation.
21. Develop playbooks, frameworks, dashboards for aggregated client analysis, and reference architectures for analytics and AI adoption across practices.
22. Train internal teams onappliedtechnology and data tools, ensuringunderstandingofdata-driven methodologies.
23. Providealignmentacrosspracticeareasandbuildefficiencythroughshared

technologysolutionsandusecases.

24. As required,contributeto businessdevelopment andparticipatein client meetings as required.
25. 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, AI research, or technology strategy within HR, talent, or professional services environments.
26. DemonstratedsuccessinleadinganalyticsorAIimplementationinitiativesthat

transformbusinessinsightsandperformance.

27. Deep understandingof data modeling, machine learningframeworks, and analytic toolecosystems(.,Power BI,Tableau,AzureML,or equivalent).
28. ExperienceevaluatingandintegratingAI-enabledsolutionsintoenterprise

workflows.

29. Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinking,withabilitytotranslatetechnical capabilities into business impact.
30. Exceptional communicationskills to simplifycomplex concepts for executive and client audiences.
31. Commerciallyminded,with abilityto identifyvaluecreationopportunitiesthrough

technologyenablement.

32. Collaborative,innovative,andcomfortableinafast-paced,evolvingenvironment.
33. Proficient in Python,R, orotherdata science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred.
34. Advanced degree inData Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, AI or a relatedquantitative discipline preferred.
