They are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide maternity cover, joining a collaborative HR team of six and supporting approximately 600 employees. Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide consistent, specialist human resource advice and guidance to the service, support the education and development of all employees and effectively resolve people management issues. Ensuring alignment and consistency of HR practice across the service. You will: Provide professional, consistent, accurate, timely advice and guidance on the interpretation and implementation of HR policies, practices and statutory requirements. Promote best practice and actively contribute to the education and development of managers and colleagues to enable them to understand and effectively deliver HR practices. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and operational delivery of services across the organisation. Contribute to management of absences, conduct and complaints. Contribute to the development and implementation of key HR policies, procedures and guidance to meet service needs.
