Face-to-Face Sales Ambassador (Freelance)
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for driven, confident, people-focused sales representatives to work on client event campaigns across the UK
You will engage directly with customers on behalf of client campaigns at exhibition centers, events, and shopping malls, representing established FMCG subscription-based companies and introducing promotional offers to consumers.
This role suits individuals with high energy, enjoy in-person sales, appreciate flexible working, and performance-based earnings.
The Role
Face-to-Face engagement with consumers at event
Presenting subscription/ Promotional offers clearly and professionally
Building rapport and handling objections confidently
Working locally or travelling to UK events (depending on preference)
Earnings & Structure
Indicative earning potential: £30,000 £50,000+ OTE per annum (performance-dependent)
Active representatives commonly earn far more
Uncapped commission (the more you sell, the more you earn)

Separate PAYE opportunities may be available for suitable candidates, subject to business needs.
Training & Support
Structured product and sales training provided
Shadowing opportunities with experienced reps
What We Are Looking For
Previous commission-based sales experience (preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Confidence approaching customers face-to-face
Availability for weekend events (based on preference and availability)
Willingness to accept travel-based assignments (up to 50%)
Driving licence beneficial but not essential
