We’re looking for a committed, values‑driven leader to join one of our highly settled residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities. This is an excellent development opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into their first Registered Manager role or for a Service Manager seeking their first registration.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will provide clear and compassionate leadership, ensuring that the people we support live fulfilling, safe and empowered lives. Your role will combine hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, including:
Leading and motivating a well‑established staff team
Ensuring high standards of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory performance
Strengthening person‑centred support plans and positive outcomes
Working collaboratively with families, professionals and internal teams
