Duties and responsibilities
As a Reporting Analyst, you will:
* Track, measure, and enforce the accurate reporting of financial information from global partners.
* Partner with local members worldwide to gather insights and deliver outcomes for some of the most important clients in the industry.
* Own the reporting process — creating reports, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
* Peer-review reports, handle client questions with confidence, and escalate challenges when needed.
* Analyse performance trends in pool and captive programmes, distilling insights into clear, actionable explanations.
* Lead client discussions by presenting analysis that drives clarity and decisions.
* Ensure accuracy and accountability in data management across systems.
* Build bridges between sales and reporting teams, enhancing collaboration and elevating client service.
* Take part in transformational projects that improve processes, standardisation, and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Three to five years of related work experience, ideally within the insurance, reinsurance or financial services space.
* A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
* Outstanding analytical skills — you can cut through complexity and see the patterns.
* Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
* Organisational strength: the ability to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure.
* Empathy, influence, and the ability to connect across cultures and levels.
