1. As a point of contact for our customers you will be in charge of the bookings from initial enquiry to completion of planning,
2. You will be the mastermind behind planning and executing events that leave lasting impression,
3. Invoice, deposits and payments management - frequent communication with Management, Head of Sales and Finance team,
4. Accountable for developing detailed event plans, timelines and schedules,
5. Overseeing timely delivery of goods and services,
6. Coordinate with event & operation teams to ensure proper set-up, staffing and support for each event,
