HR Generalist (Part-Time, 3 days per week)
North Bristol
FTE: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
Robert Half LTD are working with an organisation based in North Bristol to recruit an experienced HR Generalist on a part-time basis (3 days per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with managers to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
This is initially an interim role, for a period of 3 months, with the potential to extend or go permanent. We are looking at candidates who are immediately available for work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
2. Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities
4. Support performance management, training, and development initiatives
5. Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR policies
6. Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
About You:
7. Proven experience in a generalist HR role
8. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
9. Confident in handling ER cases and advising managers
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
12. CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
