We are recruiting for a Cleaner to join a large, well-established medical company based in Witney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and progression within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean assigned and ad hoc areas to a high standard
2. Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
3. Manage equipment and assist with stock takes
4. Ensure equipment is properly sorted and in good working order
5. Report equipment defects promptly
6. Meet all work deadlines
7. Handle client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction
8. Transport cleaning equipment and supplies as neededTrain other employees on cleaning procedures
9. Maintain and manage documentation to company standards
10. Suggest improvements and take corrective action Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Compliance & Standards
11. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Fire Policy
12. Report hazards promptly to management
13. Follow company/client procedures when handling customer feedback or complaints
14. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and uniform presentation
15. Comply with strict site guidelines and procedures
16. Participate in training to continuously improve performance
17. Proactively suggest improvements and take corrective action where needed
18. Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management

19. Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management
20. Strong organisational and leadership skills
