You'll play a key role in maintaining, improving, and optimising plant, equipment, and services to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation across site. The role requires strong problem‑solving ability, electrical competency, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance, repair and improvement of plant, assets and site services. Use engineering systems and processes effectively to support production. Communicate accurately and promptly with all stakeholders. Ensure all work adheres to food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards. Complete PPM tasks and support the development of maintenance best practices. Diagnose and repair equipment faults quickly to minimise downtime. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure a safe working environment. Identify and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.
