About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a team of site security officers to work alongside our well established portering team. These are newly created posts; the primary responsibility will be to fulfil fire warden and site security duties, alongside the portering duties required to maintain a high standard of service throughout the Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular fire checks throughout the shift, addressing or escalating any issues as they arise.
* Perform site security checks, ensuring the building has been properly secured and remains so overnight.
* Routine portering duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A driving licence to drive Health Board Vehicles is essential.
* The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable. We welcome applications from Welsh speakers; the Health Board offers learning options and staff support to meet the minimal desirable requirements.
Working Hours & Location
There are 5 x 35 hour posts available, and successful applicants will be working nights only.
