Job Overview
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will be to maintain indoor and outdoor areas across all 5 of our locations. You will be involved in groundskeeping tasks to ensure the upkeep of our outdoor areas, indoor areas and general day to day maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
* Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
* Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
* Assist in repairs
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
* Ensure that outdoor areas are clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements
* Full Driving License Essential
* Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
* Ability to dig, build, and maintain outdoor spaces effectively
* Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and landscape maintenance techniques
* Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
* Strong work ethic with the energy to handle physical tasks
* Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions
