Technical Coordinator – London – Residential Developer
My client, a top 20 residential developer, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working on new build residential developments from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team, architectural team, commercial team, and production team to ensure the development process runs smoothly. This will include working on drawing packages, ensuring timely delivery of packages, and liaising with various teams.
Required skills and experiences include:
* Strong knowledge of the development/technical design process
* Proven knowledge of detailed design for residential schemes using different forms of construction
* Ability to question and query design information across all disciplines
* Architectural background, with AutoCAD skills beneficial
* Sound understanding of statutory requirements, including Building Regulations and Sustainability
* Ability to understand and interrogate design and project programmes
* Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to manage people, processes, and time
* Strong team player with effective communication skills
In return, my client offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus package, including pension, healthcare, bonuses, and 25 days of holiday. Career progression opportunities are also available.
