Buying Administrator – Temp to Perm
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45 – 17:30
Position: Permanent, Full-time
Pertemps Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of their client for a Buying Assistant to join their Head Office in Plymouth. This is a temp-to-perm role offering the chance to grow within a busy commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Buying team to drive sales, maximise profit, and achieve targets.
Assist in planning and managing product and promotional activity.
Liaise with suppliers to maintain accurate product information and processes.
Keep up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends.
Analyse data to support decision-making and business strategy.
Ensure administrative, financial, and system tasks are completed accurately.
Provide regular reports and support to store teams to help with smooth product rollouts.Skills and Experience:
Experience/Interest in retail and aAdministration would be beneficial.
Strong communication skills and confident commercial awareness.
Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Competent in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and graphs.Benefits:
