About the Role - This remote role offers the opportunity to support learners in achieving their career goals while working from home.
Responsibilities -
* Drawing upon your professional experience to support learners
* Facilitating online sessions for our Level 7 cohorts
* Contributing to the development of course materials
* Assessing candidates' work and providing constructive feedback
* Delivering high-quality online learning using our blended approach and technology
What we are looking for -
* Experience in teaching or tutoring at a higher education level
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PCGE, TEFL, TESOL) or equivalent
* Recent experience with CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management / Learning and Development
* Proven track record in online programme delivery
* Ability to create engaging and interactive course materials
* Proficiency with virtual learning environments (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard)
* Ability to support students individually and provide high-quality feedback
* Reliable internet connection
* Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues
