The Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Central London. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Early morning Cleaning Operative – 02:00am to 11:00am £13.85 per hour Benefits Main Duties Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards. Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks. Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively. Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor. Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope. Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and commitment to high standards. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions. Previous cleaning experience (essential). Good English speaking and reading abilities (essential).
