Summary
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team in Chesterfield. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional bathroom improvement solutions.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the local market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Present our services effectively to potential customers
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
* Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
* You will carry out customer visits to their homes to survey the bathroom and collect all measurements and information needed to enable you to design and raise a quotation for our customers new bathroom
* You will ensure correct point of sale, help keep high retail standards, keep up to date with new products, develop an in depth knowledge of the products we sell, liase with manufacturers representatives and ensure that all samples etc are tidy and current.
* Previous bathroom design experience and cad design would be an advantage but training will be given
* Qualifications
* Driving license essential
* Proven experience in sales or customer service (high)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (high)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with the Bathroom or home improvement industry is a plus
* Excellent organizational skills
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
