Purchasing Manager General Role The Purchasing Manager will lead our procurement team and have a strong focus on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis, cost control, and strategic sourcing .

Hours of work 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-4pm Quarterly bonus scheme Role Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process including sourcing, negotiation and contract management Ensure accurate and timely procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and specifications.
Ensure people and process are aligned with c ompany targets and objectives .
Maintain supplier databases and manage procurement documentation and records and ensuring data accuracy in all systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Identify and qualify new suppliers to mitigate risk and improve cost, quality, and delivery Monitor and manage Purchase Price Variance (PPV) across all categories .
Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects .
Analyse market trends and historical data to optimi s e pricing strategies and supplier selection.
