Hours: 21 hours per week, working 3 days out of 7

Role Overview: As a Welcome Host, you’ll create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers, greeting them on arrival and assisting with any queries. You’ll be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers warmly and ensure they feel appreciated from the moment they arrive.
* Provide helpful information about the store layout, promotions, and services.
* Assist customers with directions to specific departments or facilities.
* Handle customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
* Support the team by promoting current offers, events, and loyalty programs.
* Maintain a tidy and presentable entrance and information area.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey throughout the store.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
