Title: Programmatic Manager
Location: London
Salary: up to £50,000
This role offers opportunities to work alongside our Paid Social, Search, and broader Performance media specialists within the client’s account team to create future-focused, award-winning campaigns for our clients.
This role is for a programmatic specialist and should have knowledge of DV360, Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Client business growth
* You will have a proven track record managing programmatic accounts. Experience working across international clients is a bonus!
* You will have proven experience applying programmatic buying to solve business challenges.
* Experience of working on entertainment brands is ideal, given the nuanced & fast-paced nature of their businesses.
* You will take a leading role on developing the Programmatic strategies for each title, including identifying relevant new betas and testing opportunities.
* You will need to have experience managing relationships with clients and colleagues, across a range of responsibilities and skill-sets.
* You will contribute to determining proactive solutions and new opportunities for the agency and our clients.
Agency Leadership
* We are looking to you to be a leader in the team in terms of how best to apply programmatic buying strategy – everyone in the team is heard and adds value.
* You will be a line manager and mentor to more junior members of the team, and will help deliver the company's ambition of embrace change, own it, and add value.
* You will manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.
* You will build relationships with people from across the agency and learn from their experience, to unlock new opportunities to grow our client's business
* You will support your colleagues and treat everyone you work with respect.
Leadership
* You will need to be up-to-date with developments within programmatic buying, and pro-actively recommend ways to incorporate new techniques into our work.
* You need to be a proactive and curious learner whilst promoting curiosity within the team – not knowing something is okay, but finding and sharing the answer is better.
* You will take pride and promote the work of the team within the agency,
* You will look for opportunities to market our work within the agency and also to our clients – proactively creating case-studies that illustrate where unique solutions have created new and better ways of operating.
Skills/Technical capabilities
* To be a personal evangelist for Programmatic channels with a strong POV.
* Oversee activation and optimisation of Programmatic buying campaigns on a variety of platforms.
* To work with the wider team to deliver integrated cross channel plans that drive the best results for the client.
* Manage client expectations every day and forecast and manage workload.
* Understand and work towards client KPIs and be responsible for judging when issues must be escalated.
* Keep up to date with industry developments and responsible for sharing news and information with the rest of the team, as well as with clients.
* You will need to have an in depth understanding of programmatic technologies and an ability to talk about them with ease.
* You should relish opportunities to speak with our clients and be commercially aware of new opportunities for them.
* Understand the roles of all relevant tools & systems available and know where to source information.
* Review finance reconciliation on a regular basis.
* You will learn to listen, distil the brief down and put together the right proposal for clients.
* You will work with a Senior Manager and Director to create the final response.
* You will manage client updates on performance, and be the main point of contact for day-to-day queries.
