Are you experienced in providing a high level of customer service, coordinating customer orders and sales support?
Do you have previous experience looking after large B2B customers, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment?
Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, with strong commercial acumen?

Key duties and responsibilities of the Key Account Coordinator:
1. Providing day-to-day support to key B2B accounts, manage relationships and processing orders.
2. Respond to customer queries i.e., delivery discrepancies, invoice queries & credit requests
3. Liaise with the sales team to maximise revenue opportunity, gaining a strong understanding of costing, price list, margin and benchmarking to inform commercial decision making.
4. Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently, cross selling where appropriate.
