Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategy
We're seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Consultant to join a top medical communications agency within their Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory team. In this role, you'll lead the design and execution of omnichannel engagement strategies that support Medical Affairs objectives across the entire product lifecycle - with a strong focus on pre-launch planning for US and global markets.
You’ll operate at the intersection of medical communications, data analytics, and innovation, using tools like behavioural segmentation, journey mapping, and performance tracking to craft impactful external engagement strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing data-informed communication plans, optimizing program effectiveness through analytics, and delivering clear, actionable insights to clients.
As a client-facing leader, you’ll present strategic recommendations, manage relationships, and collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams - including medical communications, evidence and access, creative, and tech. You’ll also contribute to business development efforts and mentor junior team members.
We’re looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or communications, strong knowledge of Medical Affairs and US regulatory standards, and a proven ability to bridge science, strategy, and technology.
