SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Hybrid – but you will be required to visit the office on a regular basis)

Join this European IT services provider, we are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join the Global SAP team.
You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and delivering innovative HR technology solutions across SAP HCM (On-Premise) and SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping to connect systems and people through seamless integrations and efficient processes.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead end-to-end project delivery – from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment.
2. Partner closely with HR business teams to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.
3. Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications following SAP best practices.
4. Manage inbound and outbound integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC, and third-party tools.
5. Perform root-cause analysis and resolve integration errors effectively.
