We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone and live chat interactions.

* Your Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction: Engage with patients via outbound and inbound calls, providing information and addressing their queries about our aesthetic treatments.

Live Chat Support: Respond promptly to patient inquiries via live chat, offering accurate and timely information on treatments, appointments, and services.

Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide a first-class patient experience, ensuring all interactions are informative, friendly, and tailored to individual patient needs.

Consultation & Guidance: Help patients identify opportunities to achieve their personal goals through our treatments, building trust through strong communication and rapport.

Problem-Solving: Address patient queries, concerns, and objections, guiding them towards effective solutions.

Ownership: Take full ownership of every patient interaction, ensuring positive outcomes and a memorable experience.

* Essential Skills:

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying information clearly and confidently over the phone.

Customer Focused: Ability to build rapport with patients, making them feel valued and heard, while offering personalized care.

Confidence: Comfortable dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner, remaining calm and solution focused.

Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to develop knowledge of aesthetic treatments and enhance your skillset.

Problem Solving: Strong ability to overcome objections and provide effective solutions.
