Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with this highly regarded supplier to the Construction sector to recruit a Business Development Manager focused on girders and grid systems for construction and infrastructure projects.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams across construction and infrastructure projects. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and a commercial driver - matching technical requirements with structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth by targeting new clients and developing existing accounts
* Promote and sell lattice girders, grids, and structural reinforcement solutions to key decision-makers
* Build strong relationships with contractors, structural engineers, formwork specialists, and procurement teams
* Provide technical advice and product support, collaborating with in-house engineering teams when needed
* Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Strong B2B sales background in construction, civil engineering, or structural steel products
* Understanding of reinforcement systems, concrete structures, or related materials is desirable
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
