The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
1. Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area
2. Win instructions and generate new business opportunities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
4. Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required
5. Work closely with buyers, vendors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments
6. Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the client journey
7. Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
8. Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
Sales Valuer Requirements
9. Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential estate agency
10. Proven track record as a Sales Valuer with experience winning instructions
11. Strong business development and relationship-building skills
12. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
13. Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused approach
14. Professional, personable, and commercially aware
15. Full UK Driving Licence
16. Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
