My client, a leading housebuilder, are currently seeking a Project Manager to deliver a major site in Camberley. The sites consists of 230 units. As project manager, you will be number 1 on site. You will be ultimately responsible for enforcing the programme, ensuring health and safety, liaising with the client and external stakeholders reporting on progress and risk to the senior management and generally managing the direct and indirect site teams to ensure productivity. As project lead, you will be in regular contact with the senior management and commercial team carrying out monthly progress & safety reports.
