Client Manager – Accounts & Business Advisory

Our client is a growing, values-driven professional services firm offering a blend of traditional accountancy support and modern business advisory services. With offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness, and a fully dynamic working model, they provide their people with the freedom and trust to work where they work best — at home, in the office, or a mix of both.
They’re now looking to appoint a Client Manager within their Accounts & Business Advisory team. You’ll play a central role in managing a diverse client portfolio and leading a collaborative team of finance professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and developing client relationships, providing ad hoc financial advice and strategic insight
* Reviewing statutory financial statements and management accounts
* Interpreting financial data and communicating key insights to clients
* Coaching and mentoring team members to support their professional growth
* Leading departmental initiatives to enhance internal processes and efficiency
* Ensuring high standards of technical quality across all client work
* Identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ICAS, ACA) or qualified by experience
* Strong technical knowledge and a client-centric approach
* Current or prior experience working in accountancy practice
* A confident communicator who can deliver meaningful insights and advice
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A natural team player who enjoys mentoring and collaboration
* A growth mindset and appetite for innovation and continuous learning
* A strong alignment with values such as trust, collaboration, and making a positive impact
The Offer
