Transport Planner,Walsall,£35,000 per annum + Car, Bonus
Cast UK are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Transport Planner & Co-ordinator to oversee our client's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of goods and services. Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
* Monitor and allocate vehicles, routes, and drivers for maximum efficiency.
* Supervise and support drivers, addressing issues and maintaining high morale.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.
* Analyse data to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and third-party providers.

* Proven experience in fleet planning, logistics, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
