What You’ll Need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with SEND in an early years or primary setting Strong understanding of EYFS and inclusive practice Previous SENDCo experience What You’ll Do Lead and develop SEND provision across the nursery in line with EYFS and SEND Code of Practice. Support key persons and room leaders with inclusive strategies and targeted interventions. Work closely with parents, external professionals, and agencies to support children’s progress. Monitor progress, contribute to assessments, and help shape individual support plans. Champion inclusive practice and ensure every child can thrive.
