We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Services Director to join our team in the Woking office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a new Marketing Services Department within our Outsourced Business Services area.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Development of new Service line offering
* Lead the design, structure, scope, and offering for a new Marketing Services team.
* Create tools, processes, and standards for consistent, scalable client engagement.
* Establish the brand, positioning, and go-to-market approach for the service line.
* Develop internal and external resourcing strategies to meet client needs and support growth.
Commercial & Operational Oversight
* Manage service line budgets, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
* Oversee pricing strategy, proposal development, and service packaging.
* Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, ROI, and client retention.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through cross-selling and new business development.
Client Strategy & Delivery
* Lead strategic marketing discussions to understand client objectives and needs.
* Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies, especially for international firms entering the UK.
* Support localized marketing activities, including trade shows, campaigns, and UK positioning.
* Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality, results-driven solutions.
Internal Collaboration & Integration
* Work with OBS client teams, accountants, HR services, and advisors for seamless solutions.
* Collaborate with other OBS service line leaders.
* Coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams.
* Educate colleagues on marketing trends and opportunities.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
* Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations.
* Improve services through feedback and market research.
* Foster a culture of creativity, results, and client focus.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a dynamic senior marketing professional with 8–10 years of experience, preferably in professional services, B2B, or consulting. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required, with professional qualifications like CIM or IDM highly desirable. A postgraduate degree such as an MBA or MSc in Marketing/Strategy is a plus.
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of leading marketing strategies for clients—particularly within outsourced or agency models—and supporting international firms expanding into the UK. Experience in digital campaigns, brand development, and event marketing is essential, along with deep knowledge of UK market trends and regional best practices.
We value client-facing skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building or scaling marketing teams, managing budgets, and using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Excellent communication, a collaborative leadership style, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are key. Previous experience with global firms and roles involving travel is advantageous, as the position may involve visits to other offices and client travel.
