Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Controller, you will play a key role in delivering monthly variance analysis and forecasts for the iEMEA Region, guiding financial decisions through analysis and collaboration with business leaders.
We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team in our award-winning business in Auchincruive, Ayr. This position is based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead monthly variance analysis, present findings to senior management, and engage stakeholders to drive improvements.
* Support the FP&A Controller in the monthly forecasting process, including business reviews and process improvements.
* Coordinate with Treasury to ensure accurate revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts.
* Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support projects and strategic initiatives, preparing reports for leadership.
* Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and planning processes.
* Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance.
* Collaborate on cross-functional projects, providing guidance and solutions.
* Maintain accurate financial models with proper version control and audit trails.
About You:
* Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with effective communication abilities.
* Experience in process improvements.
* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven problem-solving skills.
* Adaptability to a dynamic environment and workload management.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in Operations and Commercial teams.
