About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Support &pliance Administrator to provide essential support to both operations andpliance functions within a busy logistics environment. This rolebines customer service responsibilities with structuredpliance administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Operations
1. Act as a central point of contact between customers and internal teams
2. Handle delivery and collection enquiries professionally
3. Accurately input jobs using transport management systems, including booking loads and updating instructions
4. Manage proof of delivery (POD) requests, confirmations, and discrepancies
5. Liaise with drivers, planners, and warehouse staff to resolve service issues
6. Support customers with re-deliveries, delays, and general service enquiries
7. Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers
8. Maintain and updatepliance records and controlled documentation
9. Assist with preparation for audits, accreditations, and internal reviews
10. Support data collection for ISO, FORS, Health & Safety, and transportpliance
11. Contribute topliance reporting and continuous improvement activities
(Full training will be provided forpliance processes and systems)
What We’re Looking For
12. Experience in customer support, administration, logistics, or a transport-related environment
13. Strongmunication skills and professional approach
14. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting
15. Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
16. Experience in logistics or regulated environments and familiarity withpliance frameworks (ISO, FORS) is advantageous but not essential
