An opportunity has arisen within our Sheffield Branch for an Assistant Banking Manager.
The role involves account administration for new and existing customers, including significant direct customer contact, electronic banking management, inward account transfer processes, and customer payments.
You will work as part of the Branch team to ensure the highest levels of customer service and collaborate to achieve the goals outlined in the Business Plan.
Main Responsibilities
1. Preparation of facility letters and other account documentation.
2. Completion of all documentary requirements for lending facilities, from credit approval to drawdown, including liaising with lawyers and valuers to ensure all conditions are satisfied.
3. Conducting ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with the Bank's documentation and requirements.
4. Account administration of new and existing customers, with significant customer contact and excellent service delivery.
5. Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to deliver high levels of customer service and administrative order.
6. Supporting marketing initiatives and building relationships with local professionals.
7. Managing general office duties and supporting the Branch Manager on Health & Safety, Compliance, and administrative tasks.
8. Understanding Handelsbanken’s products and staying informed about industry and market trends.
9. Involving Account Manager colleagues when customer needs are identified.
