The One Group are exclusively partnering with a business with a global reach to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is due to start on Monday 15th September, and the ideal candidate will be within an hours commute to Peterborough.
Responsibilities
* Raising invoices and credit notes, verifying orders in the system and ensuring appropriate documentation is held to support transactions
* Take ownership of customer emails & purchase orders
* Preparation of weekly payment batches to UK suppliers & gaining authorisation
* Preparation of international manual payments, posting exchange rate differences on accounting software
* Processing weekly statements
* Preparing sales invoicing data for the annual audit
* Creating credit card payment links and processing refunds
Requirements:
* Capability to work from home
* Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Admin/Assistant role
* Good knowledge of UK & EU VAT regulations
Benefits:
* Primarily remote role
* £34,000-£36,000 per annum
* 23 days holiday + bank holidays
