Job Responsibilities and Requirements
To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent updates.
Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
* Complete all tasks on site as defined in the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
* Review and familiarize oneself with AI's regularly, suggesting amendments to improve service.
* Comply with industry and statutory legislation; obtain and wear the required front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence at all times.
* Follow legal obligations and safety requirements diligently.
* Adhere to instructions and procedures without unnecessary challenge.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Undertake additional training as directed for self-development.
* Utilize technology to meet work objectives and enhance professional knowledge.
* Renew licences at least 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report any hazards or potential hazards immediately.
* Remain alert to threats or environmental changes and act appropriately.
* Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations.
* Record incidents accurately and promptly for reports.
* Adhere to schedules and ensure check calls are made as stipulated.
* Report incidents to emergency services and communication centres.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous security experience preferred.
* SIA License is mandatory.
* SC Clearance is desirable.
