As Chef Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
* Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellence every day
* Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
* Support hospitality and events as required
Qualifications
* Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for great food and a positive, can-do attitude
